You can apply for a published role or send your résumé for general consideration. Both routes use the Top Sales Reps candidate portal, where your information goes into Robin's recruiting system.

Choose the right application

Start with the published opportunities. If you see a role that fits, open its details and apply to that position. If there isn't a match, use the general application to introduce yourself for future searches.

The general form asks for your first and last name, email, and résumé. A phone number is optional. Upload your résumé as a PDF, DOC, or DOCX file.

Make your résumé useful

  • Show your experience. Include your role, dates, product categories, customer types, and territory.
  • Put results in context. Quota attainment, growth, rankings, and awards are more useful when the time period and comparison are clear.
  • Keep contact details current. Use an email address and phone number where Robin can reach you.
  • Explain where you want to work. Your current location and willingness to relocate help narrow the search.

If you're moving from another industry, explain the sales work you've done and the medical sales roles you're considering. The B2B to medical sales guide can help you prepare.

What happens after you apply?

Your application is an introduction for consideration in Robin's searches. It does not guarantee an interview, a call, or a position. The roles available and the employer's requirements determine the next step.

For a question about your situation, contact robin@topsalesreps.com or call 314-740-4492. Let Robin know the type of work and locations you're considering, along with a convenient way to reach you.
